Conditions Of Sale
THE CONTRACT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by P C Care Ltd these conditions of sale shall override any terms or conditions stipulated incorporated or referred to by the buyer in his order or negotiations.
NON ACCOUNT PAYMENTS
Payment is accepted via all major Credit or Debit Cards and will be billed at time of shipment.
CREDIT TERMS
Payment is to be made 30 days from the date of invoice. In the event of non-payment within this time P C Care shall have the right to charge interest from the date due to the time of payment. The Company further reserves the right to withdraw further deliveries together with any previously agreed discount rates.
OWNERSHIP
The Company shall retain full right of ownership in all goods until payment is received.
If the customer makes default in payment or becomes insolvent or subject as a debtor to the operation of the Bankruptcy Laws, the Company may at its option without notice to the customer, withhold or cancel further deliveries, re-take possession of any goods, the ownership of which remains with P C Care.
VARIATIONS
The seller reserves the right to vary the quoted price:
To add VAT or any similar levy or duty which shall be payable by the buyer.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of any order for whatever cause can only be made with the seller's consent and must be made in writing and on payment of all costs incurred.
WARRANTY
All spare parts supplied by P C Care have a 90-day warranty from the date of shipment (invoice date). Any claim under warranty must firstly be confirmed with the seller.
RETURNS
All returns for whatever reason must firstly be authorised by P C Care and a returns number obtained. Return of goods is at the cost of the buyer. Credits for returned goods, supplied correctly, may be subject to a restocking charge at the discretion of the seller.
Electronic items cannot be returned for credit, if any electronic item is found to be faulty this will be replaced.
DAMAGED OR SHORT ORDERS
All shipments or damage to goods in transit must be reported to P C Care within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
